This course is aimed to provide build a clear and concise understanding of human relations and organizational behavior concepts. This course focuses on the application of human resources and organizational behavior concepts for critical thinking and also the developments of human resources and organizational behavior skills. In this course we will examine and discuss the human factor in organizations. Personality, stres, perception, attitudes, values, ethics and dealing with conflict are some of the basic subjects of this course.
